40KTech AS is an independent consultancy and product company based in Oslo. We work with organisations that run their business on applications and data and are now adding AI, and that want all of it to be dependable rather than merely present.
The work falls into four services and three products. The services (Governance, Agentic solutions, Architecture and Development) bring senior people into your organisation for a defined piece of work, from the rules that let platforms and AI scale safely to the apps, agents and integrations that run them. The products (AgentLens, Build booklets and Sector apps) turn what we keep seeing in that work into tools your teams can use on their own.
What connects them is architecture: the discipline of making business applications, data and AI work together as they grow, and of recording the decisions behind them so the next team can follow and defend them.
